Stories are at the heart of our work.

Organisations are storytelling organisms. They all have a story about who they are, what they are about and where they came from. And every person in every organisation also has a story to tell. We work with organisations in three main story areas:

Change Stories

Change succeeds when people feel seen, heard and understood. We help leaders and change specialists uncover the stories people tell about what’s happening and help our clients understand why these stories matter. By working with these narratives (rather than against them) we build change stories into everyday change activities to increase trust, reduce resistance and create change that feels meaningful and human.

Strategy Stories

Strategy becomes powerful when it’s rooted in story. We support leaders to develop their own storytelling skills to create more clarity about future strategies and communicate them in a way people can believe in and act on.

Data Stories

Data holds meaning when we understand the story behind it. We help organisations interpret patterns and insights through a story lens, turning information into understanding and understanding into action. Our approach focusses on creating meaning not metrics through the art of data storytelling.
